Creating a Google Form
• Log in to Google Drive using your Google
account at https://drive.google.com
• Once you are logged in, click the red “New”
button on the upper left side of the browser,
select “More,” then select “Google Forms.”

Pivot Table
• Pivot Table is a spreadsheet tool used to
summarize large amounts of data in a table by
using the column headers as basis for
arranging the data.
• It is available in Microsoft Excel (called
PivotTable), LibreOffice Sheets, and Google
Sheets, among others.
