The webinar took place on June 24th with over 110 delegates from across the UK attending. Delegates discussed emerging best practices for supporting curriculum and business support staff needs as they change. Challenges included concerns about learners' ability and experience with online learning. Maintaining relationships with learners and supporting peer relationships was also discussed. Most delegates reported an increase in workload since lockdown began, though many felt more productive. Benefits included improved communication and collaboration through technology. Staff embraced new technology and organizations responded flexibly to the pandemic. When asked how their experience could be improved, delegates requested more CPD and opportunities for online networking and sharing of best practices across their colleges.
