Accessibility - learners won’t have the necessary kit, skills or
experience to learn effectively online.
Relationships with learners – ability to build professional
relationships with learners and to support them to build
relationships with their peers in September
Workload – 73% of delegates indicated they had seen an increase or
significant increase (38%) in their workload. 55% indicated increase
in their productivity
Benefit/Pride
Communication - more opportunities to engage with dispersed
teams, to collaborate, share good practice and to elicit feedback
from team members
Technology – Staff have embraced the use of technology since F2F
option removed
Responsive - how agile, flexible and quick individuals, teams and
organisations have been to respond to the pandemic
