Greener Product LLC model is to Build, Own, Operate and maintain solar generation facilities as small as 50 KW and utility scale facilities in the Gigawatt range. In the Solar Smart model, we build all facilities with no cost to the customer.

To qualify the participate must; Have an available area of 10,000 sq. feet on a roof-top or land Premises must be available for lease i.e. 20 years Area must be free of shade all year Roof (if applicable) must be structurally sound Accessible metered location

The parties enter into a 20 year lease agreement 4. The Solar System will be designed 5. TVA and local utility approvals obtained 6. System is inspected and energized
