The StartUp project aims to foster entrepreneurship through open educational resources (OER) and personalized learning paths. It will develop an OER gateway that will assess users' entrepreneurial skills and provide curated OERs to address skills gaps. The gateway will include authoring and rating systems to support sharing and improving OER quality. The project brings together partners from several European countries and will involve testing the OER gateway with a growing community of educators and learners.

StartUp objectives • Set up an innovative method for evaluating individual users learning needs in the entrepreneurial sector • Provide effective OER corresponding to the actual individual learning needs • Set up a peer-review and sharing community to ensure the quality of the individual learning path

Entrepreneurial Competences Catalogue The Catalogue groups competence areas into four competence areas: Ø Business skills Ø Management skills Ø Communication skills Ø Self-development skills For each competence area, a description of the competence in the entrepreneurial context and related Learning Outcomes are provided.
