This study investigates the microstructural, electrical, and dielectric properties of La0.9Pb0.1MnO3 and La0.8Y0.1Pb0.1MnO3 ceramics synthesized through solid-state methods. Techniques like X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy were used to confirm the formation of a single-phase rhombohedral structure and evaluate how Y-doping affects electrical resistivity and dielectric response. Findings indicate that Y-doping leads to a metal-insulator transition and alters the microstructure and dielectric characteristics of the ceramics.
