Also my humble suggestion is create a Common Email ID for us to share our View / Opinion / Suggestion., by provide this, we are really opening up Window for the better prospects of our State.. ------------------------- I have born and brought up in Chennai, am in longing thirst to see my Chennai a very well established City. I have just share my suggestion for the development of Capability building on Infrastructure & Economic Welfare for Tamilnadu Public. i am one among the public who strive to lead a Peace & Joyful full life in TN. So, thought of sharing my view to the Political Parties of Tamilnadu thru your shoulders., Am sure implementing couple of suggestion which can show up a road for Growth , Prospects for Citizens and Economic relief for Govt. Wish List of Tamilnadu Citizen :- 1. Platform for the Public to walk on the Roads in Chennai. 2. Bicycle Lane to be created in all the main streams in Chennai 3. Air Pollution in Chennai – will be dealt accordingly ( Innovative Equipments to deploy all the High Air Polluted areas and manage this temporally – long term will be evolved after reviewing the IIT projects)
- 2. 4. E-Waste Management for Chennai – will be aligned with the Manufactures . ( all the products will be returned to the manufactures – later they can set up a Lab for the Students to study / deal with it) 5. Schools to be compulsorily have multiple Languages ( Tamil / Hindi /English & Two Foreign Languages ) – Govt will subsides the schools for deploying Foreign Languages. ( chennai is filled different religions / multilingual / International ) 6. Explore Bio-Degradable Dust Bins for High raise Buildings / Apartments / Vegetable Markets at Chennai. 7. Negotiate Business Deal with Big Corporate Houses for running Buses on Revenue Sharing Model in Chennai ( similar to Patrons for Parks / Gardens @ Junction) 8. School Children Buses – to be sponsored by the Big Corporate House ( like Horlicks / Samsung / Johnson / etc ) - will run only for the school timings & managed by them. 9. Establish a Tamilnadu Business Development Cell – Which will explore all the possibility of bringing Revenues to Tamilnadu. 10. Whenever a Breaking News on destruction / mishap – The Social Psychologist will be asked to explain and detail us in overcoming the trauma & Precautionary. 11. Tracking Device will be embedded in all the vehicles owned by Govt and monitor the Productivity. 12. Bringing in more Innovative methods in Hospital Management ( easily understandable IVR & Queue flow for fixing appointment with doctors ) 13. Effective deployment of Mobile Technology for Police Administration. 14. Cultivating Historic & Tradition Values among the School Students. 15. Compulsorily Defense Training ( Martial Arts / Yoga / Discipline / Self Protection ) for 9th 10th , 11th & 12th Standard Students. 16. Track and Monitor the Orphans Hostels / NGO’s on their efficiency on Orphans Nurturing & Child Development. ( Children from these sector will get specialized treatment & career prospects) 17. Physically Challenged / Transgender : – Technology & Innovative Cell will review the citizens capability and create a “Employable Skill-set” , objective – to mange his earnings. 18. Luxury Cars – Any Cars more than 9Lac’s will be levied Tax ( based on the Fuel Consumption / Carbon Emission ) ( Certainly exception on MUV like Innova / Mahindra
- 3. ) 19. Institutions like IIT / IIM / Madras School of Social Work / Madras School of Economics, will be asked to work on “Live Projects “ on Social & Economic issues . 20. Our Famous Colleges like Presidency & Pachiyapas Colleges will asked to aggressively development a “ Political Science Cell / Laboratory “ which will ensure proper Political Parties are Nurtured and groomed for the Tamilnadu Growth . ( we should create a circumstance that Political Student from these colleges are eligible to become a Responsible Politician ) ( ie: Engineering college produces Engineers, Medical College produces Doctor , so these political Colleges will produce Responsible Politician ) 21. Develop & Nurture Young Entrepreneurs on Eco-Friendly Energy Generation. 22. Tamilnadu Govt will create a “ Public Service Assurance Cell“ The only objective of these cell will ensure smooth and proper deployment of “Public Facility & Infrastructure“. ( they will give grading / rating accordingly the concern department will be dealt with ) 23. Whenever a Political Party or any other Groups conducts “ Meeting “ they will not be allowed to conduct in Roads / City Junctions – They have to strictly perform their meeting only in Marina Beach or EC Beach. 24. Strong Deployment of Agriculture & Farm Products Management – Brining in Creative & Innovative methods developed by Agriculture University & other countries will put in practice – The Big Corporate House will perform under ( 60:30 ratio ) 60% of investment by them and they will get 30% of return. 25. Nurture more Quasi-Govt Units ( similar to Neyveli Lignite ) – The Big Corporate House will invest and they will provide 30% of their earnings to Govt. 26. Mobile Operator Signal Towers ( Govt will construct and give the Towers for Lease to the Mobile Operators ) – That money will be used for the concern Tower located District Growth only. 27. All the Govt Officials & Political Parties will be compelled to undergo Specific Programs according to their “Psychometric Test Results”. 28. We will deploy effective MBTI Laboratory under the supervision of “Secret & Intelligence Cell” they by every school students / College Students will get to know his Core Competency & Capability Building Measures. 29. Re-engineering on Mass Media / Newspaper / Advertisement on Magazines – Will try to review and have all those expense incurred by them are re-directed to the effective utilization of Public. ( ie: if corporate house spect 10Million on Advt per year , we will review how he can approach the right audience & get his business ) instead of just spending on TV / Newspaper / Posters.
- 4. 30. All the PostOffice in Tamilnadu will actively bring out the Video PCO Booth – at very nominal charges and am sure they will be back on profits. 31. Initiate “Saving Attitude & Care Parents “ mindset for Kids. – Various programs will be deployed in consultation with Psychologist. 32. Bringing & getting the feedback of Intellectuals who are born in Tamilnadu and now settled / working in Europe on very senior positions.
