Supercharging your sourcing strategy
This document provides 19 hacks for sourcing talent using various online resources and platforms. Some of the hacks include using Boolean searches on Google to find profiles and contact information of prospects, searching platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Quora, and StackOverflow based on skills and interests, and searching event listings and review pages to find potential candidates. The overall message is that a variety of online sources can be used creatively to source talent outside of traditional job boards or social networks.
