  HYDROGEN BLOWER: Operating thehydrogen blower and monitoring hydrogen flow to the boiler house, Hot Oil furnace, PROCESS FURNACE COMPRESSOR HOUSE: Operating the hydrogen Compressors, Instrument air compressors (reciprocating type single and multistage), liquid ring compressors, propane butane compressors (Oil flooded screw compressors). HEAT EXCHANGERS: Having experience in operating cooler, chiller, condensers, Heat exchangers like double pipe, shell and tube (single and multi-pass) exchangers and its change over. COOLING TOWERS: Cooling Towers maintenance, Monitoring the cooling Water sump level, Maintain the ph of cooling water ,Acid dosing, chemical dosing, continuous blow down, make up water. And operating the cooling water pumps and its change overs, Fans change over and analysis the performance of the cooling towers. UTILITIES: Having experience in DM WATER PLANT using resins and its regeneration, Fire water system-operating jockey pumps, Effluent Treatment Unit, Raw water pit, Operating Process water pumps and its change over. TANK FARM: Monitoring the Levels of Receiving & Export Tanks and Also Do the Tank Changeover. And drain the water in the receiving tank to achieve the good quality, Double walled integrated refrigerated storage tanks (large capacity). PUMPING STATION: Monitoring the plant status and do plant round and physically check the running pumps, any oil spillage and take the readings. Pump startup and shut down for maintenance work. pumps change over activities. PUMPS: Operating In tank pumps, different types of centrifugal pumps , Servo Lobe Pumps, Fuel oil pumps, Water Injection Pumps, and Chemical Dozing Pumps. LPG transfer pumps, screw pumps, pneumatic pumps, etc. SAFETY: Having experience in operating firefighting equipment’s like DCP, FOAM, CO2, STEAM QUANCHING, SCBA, PPE, ONLINE AIR MASK and water firefighting system like connecting couplings(male, female) and also trained in industrial first aid. RESPONSIBILITY:-  Make regular routine checkup of all equipment and units to ensure that they are functioning correctly in accordance with standard operation procedure  Adjust temperature, pressure, vacuum, level, flow rate, and transfer of gas to maintain processes at required levels and to correct problems.  Monitor equipment functioning, observe temperature, level, and flow gauges, and perform regular unit checks, in order to ensure that all equipment is operating as it should.  Conversant in handling of all types of Control Panel, Central Control Panel, Local Control Panel.
