Healthy, delicious, exotic!
Ingredients: 1 cup = 100ml 2 cups  short grained rice 2  1/3 cups of water 1/2 cup  rice vinegar (already prepared)  Filling at your choice:  fish, vegetables, meat  Sheets of nori seaweed Soya sauce Pickled ginger  Wasabi paste
Possible fillings: VEGETABLES: Avocado Asparagus Carrots Cucumber  Mushrooms Tofu FISH: Smoked salmon Cooked Prawns Crap or surimi  Canned tuna Octopus EGGS or MEAT Chicken, pork
