Get the people together
• Use cases and requirements of how to
work with the “new sound” are diverse -
which one makes most sense for you?
• Include everyone in the process,
especially your lead singer!
• Listen to what your fans (customers) have
to say and what they want to hear (buy).
Your new band needs to combine
all tools available – integrate,
iterate, evaluate, measure!

Think , talk, organise!
In Essence: take the people into account!

 if you don’t you will fail no matter what kind of path you
chose
