- a group that tries to influence public policy in
the interest of a particular cause.

Groups established by organizations to perform

- comprised of employees who directly report to a
supervisor

- employees work to accomplished a certain task
Informal Groups
- Natural Grouping of employees that form to fulfill
social needs.
