This study investigates the impact of school activities on the development of leadership traits among students in San Ildefonso, Bulacan, using qualitative interviews with teachers, student leaders, and alumni. Findings indicate that participation in a variety of co-curricular and extracurricular activities fosters essential leadership qualities such as self-discipline, honesty, and commitment. The overall conclusion is that school activities play a significant role in shaping leadership traits that contribute to students' future success.
