Program
Bruce Furst
Introduction
• As the president of Ashber Corporation in Austin, Texas,
Bruce Furst licenses music to film productions, conducting
negotiations for film rights and distribution agreements. A

(UCLA), Bruce Furst is an active member of the UCLA
Alumni Association.
A large global network consisting of more than 500,000
individuals, the UCLA Alumni Association encourages
members to stay involved with the UCLA community and
give back to their alma mater. One such program, the UCLA
Alumni Mentor Program, enables alumni to connect with
current UCLA students and help prepare them for
successful careers.
The UCLA Alumni Mentor Program
• After becoming a mentor with the program, UCLA
alumni can assist students with important
academic, career, and personal decisions.
Mentors interact with students at events such as
on-campus mixers, athletic events, virtual chats,
and volunteer programs. Interested alumni can
sign up via the UCLA ONE (Opportunity, Network
and Experience) online network, which serves as
a hub for all professional networking and
mentorship activities.
