Things We Should Know

- 5. Even an animalwill know his master… recognize his owner How could a whole nation forget their God? maybe the answer lies in the fact that they desired to “sin” a sinful nation… laden with iniquity… evil doers – they forsook God so that they could do their own will.

Even Christians canforget who God is… there is no excuse for it Hebrews 8:10-12 Galatians 4:8-9 Howbeit at that time, not knowing God, ye were in bondage to them that by nature are no gods: 9. but now that ye have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, how turn ye back again to the weak and beggarly rudiments, whereunto ye desire to be in bondage over again?

- 11. There are manythings that we should know. Some things we take for granted. We should never take for granted the fact that God is God. He is Our God, our Savior and Redeemer… our Protector and Sustainer of life. In Him we live and breathe and have our very being.
- 12. For a Christianto forget God… is to forget who he is (like forgetting your own name). To forget God’s ways… is to become lost again. Let us resolve to remember and to hold fast. There are some things that we should always remember… things we should always know.
