1. Be organized.
2. Use calendars for scheduling.
3. Make priorities.
4. Make to-do list.
Be organized
• Time is used most efficiently
when:
– Your workspace is neat and
clean.
– Everything is in its place.
– Supplies or materials are within
reach.
Using calendars
• Calendars allow you to
identify free time and
schedule work time.
• Create a calendar for each day
of the month and enter:
– Test dates
– Due dates
– Important events
• Identify your free and
scheduled time and include
them in your daily calendar.
Using calendars
• Also Determine the time you need for:
– Studying.
– Preparing for tests.
– Assignment.
– Personal business.
Block time for these activities on
your weekly calendar!
Make priorities
• Determine tasks that you
need or want to complete.
• List them in order of
importance & urgency.
