Compactness
Refusal of use of conveyors for benefit of use of pneumotransport has allowed us to reduce the line size almost
twice, and also to reduce loss of raw materials in case of conversion.

Our specialists have written the program for control of work of the equipment which is responsible for basic
processes of conversion and serves for the help to workers.
The controller is responsible for the correct loading of raw materials in Schroder.
For example: if the worker overloads Schroder with raw materials, the program automatically switches-off the
giving conveyor till the moment until indications of operation of engines return to averages; if Schroder's
loading low, the special board located on a case of management shows that installation works in the
minimum loading and it is possible to load still.
Also the controller is responsible for processes of an overheat of the equipment, speed of rotation of shaft, air
supply and for other working moments of the equipment.

Steel | Cutting parts
For long and high-quality work of the main cutting parts of the ATR lines we use reliable high-strength Swedish
steel - Hardox 600 and Hardox Extreme.
Service life of the details made of steel of this brand 5 times longer than at analogs from similar types of steel.
Mills on the ATR lines are intended for the period of work from 3 to 5 years.
Knives in a rotor crusher have service life from 1,5 to 2 months (knives are also made of Hardox steel and are
considered as an expendable material). Knives are executed in such a way that it is possible to turn them 4
times. Replacement takes no more than 20 minutes.

Advantages of ATR lines
The equipment has one rotor crusher in structure. It positively affects on the economic part of the project.
As a rule, the analogs presented at the market have as a part of 2 – 3 crushers that negatively affects on prime
cost: bigger energy consumption, bigger quantity of expendable materials and cost of the equipment is more
too.
The enterprises working at our equipment have real prime cost from 10 - 11 cents for one kilogram of a rubber
crumb. The enterprises working at similar installations have prime cost from 16-20 cents for a one
kilogram.

Quality of the rubber crumb made on the ATR lines conforms to all approved standards. It means the minimum
quantity of a textile in a crumb and about total absence of a metal cord in the final product.
The ATR lines work in the automatic mode. Recycling is made mechanically that favorably differs from rolling.
The rubber crumb made in the mechanical way doesn't lose the physical and chemical properties, has a
chopped granule.
The rubber crumb made by rolling is a dirty crumb which loses the initial properties and has a smooth granule
that negatively affects on production of rubber coverings.
For example: for production of a rubber tile from the crumb made by rolling it is necessary to spend 2 - 3
times more polyurethane binder, than for the crumb made by mechanical way of recycling.

Unlike the analogs presented at the market, the ATR lines have the
smallest preparatory group (set of equipment for preparation of
tires for recycling).
All models of ours the line for processing of tires process automobile
wheels entirely - preliminary preparation is not required. Truck
wheels should be cut on 4 – 6 parts. At the same time extraction
of an onboard ring is not required.
ATR lines include special hydraulic scissors for cutting of truck tires
on part. In case these scissors for any reason fail, you will be
able to continue your work with automobile tires until
malfunction elimination.
