This document provides an overview of a Microsoft Outlook 2010 training course on organizing emails by conversation. The course contains 5 instructional videos and suggested practice tasks. It teaches how to use the Date (Conversations) view to simplify the inbox by grouping related emails into conversations. This allows the user to see who replied to whom at a glance and take action on entire conversations instead of individual emails. The goals are to create and respond to emails more efficiently, choose the best folder view for the task, and always reply to the most recent message in a conversation.
