Uma nova Visao do PMBOK® Guide 2000 - Disponivel Apenas em Ingles

This document presents a new structured approach to the PMBOK® Guide 2000, organizing its thirty-nine processes into five groups: initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing processes. The revised arrangement aims to enhance understanding and application for both project management practitioners and PMP exam preparation, distinguishing itself from the traditional knowledge area structure. Pilot training results indicate significant improvements in learning outcomes for participants using the new method compared to the conventional approach.
