M I C R O M E C H A N I C S A N D P R E C I S I O N M E C H A N I C S w w w . u n t . f r Vibratory Finishing A COMPLETE EQUIPMENT FOR FINISHING OPERATIONS This workshop specifically dedicated to finishing allows us to carry out operations of: degreasing, cleaning, deburring, descaling, shelving, deoxidation, brightening or polishing of workpieces. Depending on the abrasion needs and the materials to be treated (brass, nickel silver, steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, bronze, niclafor, or plastic), we use different materials for vibratory finishing operations: plastic, porcelain, ceramic, copper ... etc. OUR MEANS • 8 vibrators from 60 to 600 liters • 6 centrifuges from 18 to 100 liters • 4 barels of 12 liters • 1 Vertical planetary polishing center • 1 OTEC finishing machine • 2 dryers and 1 waste recycling system.
