This document discusses five UX questions: 1) Why are companies doomed without a UX focus? The summary is that UX helps increase conversions and justify higher prices; 2) When is a company ready for UX? Most companies only consider UX after other options fail, so leadership must be ready; 3) Who makes a good UX designer? Those with curiosity, empathy, and understanding to see problems from others' perspectives; 4) What are the ingredients of UX? Utility, relevancy, and consistency; and 5) How do we measure UX efforts? Through conversions, efficiency, and user satisfaction metrics.
