Ltd, Hyderabad (Sep 2010 – till date) OSC – CRM Common Components – Activities like Appointment, Task, Interaction and Notes • Description: Oracle Sales Cloud (Fusion Applications) CRM is a standard based set of integrated modules that improves the way sales professionals work. CRM common components are generic pieces of functionalities consumed across entire CRM product, and based upon the nature of interaction with the user they are referred to as Activities, Tasks, Appointments, Interactions and Notes. • Roles & Responsibilities: - Working on CrmCommon common components core module of Appointments/Interactions /Task.
