These testing procedures are to verify CBI-CIS Safety, CBI-CIS Functional and CBI-CIS System Test. Test Cases are written in C# and test specification shall be adequately traced to the CIS Subsystem Requirements. Test Environment consists of ATS System communicating with Simulated Interlocking Computer (CIS and ITS 950) and RATP Simulator. Team Size 4 Environment C#, WCF, MS Access Project description: The Visual Test Suit (VTS) is an automated Testing Tool which helps the Tester for validating the provided commands at subsystems EBI Screen, ITS950, R4, and RATP. VTS consists TC Screen and Interface Control Manager (ICM) applications as its core parts. The entire tester actions can be performed at these two applications. Using VTS application testing the commands on different objects (like Track circuit, Signal, etc.) at various subsystems (EBI Screen, ITS950, R4 and RATP) becomes swift and simple. Tester can provide a command using available options at the various controls in the TC Screen and will get the result at the ICM. This tool has different modules Index Maker, Route Maker, REB Maker and Location Maker. Index Maker is a module where the index sheets will be generated automatically for the location case and REB (Re- locatable Equipment Building) using the xml file and standard design templates as input. For Route Maker module, this tool takes an xml files generated using spectra tool which contains the details about a Location area. By taking this XML file as input, tool will generate different design templates like (route, point, automatic etc...) required for the control table preparation, location case design and re-locating earth blocks files by applying the rules followed in rail signalling. In the similar manner the REB Maker and Location Maker modules are used to generate design sheets for Location Case and REB.
