Reporting Capabilities

Unisfair tracks everything and reports on everything:
         Demography
         Interests
         Activity
The reporting system is self service (permissions enforced) and can be accessed
using a browser.

The reporting system is at the VEC level so you can
view your data in 3 levels:
     • At the VEC level
     • At the Venue level
     • At the specific event level
For each of the above we have a dedicated dashboard that reflects the key
metrics at that level, using graphs and summarized reports.
Reporting Capabilities

Unisfair has over 30 different reports grouped into 3
categories each reflects specific aspect of the data:
Audience – who registered and visited and what did they do
Location and content – same information but from the location and content “point
of view”, e.g., how many people visited this booth vs. others and what were they
     doing on average.
Social interactions – reports on forum posts, chats, tweets, facebook posts etc.
Our unique Engagement Index allows you to define criteria to rank your registrants and
attendees of a specific event and calculates a score between 0 and 100 for each person so
you can measure engagement and let your sales people know who to contact first.

Editor's Notes

  • #2 EMEA Launch Call introduced by Morgan Whipp Delivered via streaming in a customised Virtual Environment Stu Schmidt is guest speaker
  • #3 Your audience is increasingly distributed & global - company mergers & acquisitions, globalization of business - Studies show that with physical events you are missing out on 85% of your potential attendees You need to deepen the bond with your customers it’s harder to reach your customers Trade show attendance is down, travel budgets cut In the always-on world of social media customers are expecting you to give them ways to engage in a 2 way conversation (and it’s not Twitter) Your budget is limited Your targets increase but your budget does not keep up You need to find ways to reach your audience more efficiently A Virtual Business Environment is a platform where customers, prospects and employees can connect with your brand, content and subject matter experts 24/365. Virtual environments are: Highly interactive A new channel to engage with your audience 24/365 Can be configured and run by yourself – faster and easy Can be used by any company Unisfair Confidential
  • #4 Simply put, a virtual business environment is an interactive place on the web—where people login and meet in a virtual venue—to learn, collaborate, and network. It can be used to host a Marketing product launch across 59 different countries, a user conference with 10,000 attendees, an expert roundtable, a companywide meeting or an executive briefing with only a handful of analysts and everything in between.
  • #6 In 2010 we received more than 5 well-recognized industry awards – more than the rest of the industry combined. Also in 2010, Forrester rated us as the #1 platform for virtual environments Unisfair Confidential
