Vishal Desh as a multi-polar society has been evolving in the midst of epochs of dynasties and empires who claimed it as their own during the best of their times. Vedas, Buddhism, Islam, Christianity, have been practiced and ruled people’s lives as religious traditions and spiritual pursuits. Vishal Desh is yet to be a haven of sustainable human development as it is now broken into three pieces and some hostility exists among them. We have to move beyond this limit. This Federation will first form a Constituent Assembly consisting of members from the three component areas, Pakistan, India and Bangla Desh and grant separate Constitutions for the three constituents (as it exists already), and the common Constitution applying to the Federation aspects can be discussed, drafted and put before the parliaments of the three countries for final approval. As the word ‘hindu’ was with reference to the river Indus which flows in Pakistan, that country is actually ‘Hindustan’ and Allama Iqbal wrote a national song on it, before he coined the word ‘Pakistan’. And since Ganges River is considered as holy by Hindus and flows in India and Bangla Desh, these two regions are ‘Pakistan, or holy! There will not be a need to have a visa to travel between these three regions and we can even have air line connections to travel. From Lahore to Dakkha flight connection may be feasible. Two Panjabs will be easy to approach. There will be no Kashmir dispute as its two pieces can merge and Kashmiri language can be further developed. Only four more States will have a linguistic reorganisation with recognition to develop their languages and culture.
