- 3. The purpose of this website is to develop a persuasive Marketing Tool that also provides visitors with information about the organizations Vision & Mission and Portfolio.
- 4. php language on Wordpress platform (CMS) will be used, it’s not only easy to update (even via email) for novices but also fast and has powerful ‘bullet proof’ security plug-ins. The hosting servers have multiple security walls to curb hacking. For the last 5 years we’ve had zero cases
- 5. The following content structure is proposed. The structure may change during the development of the website. Home Page – including a company introduction, latest blog posts, promotions and social modules(Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIN, Google) any other info requested. WebPages – Search Engine optimized web pages providing information to visitors searching the web looking for information on your organization. A Web-blog (Blog) page for additional information and topical articles written by organization reps or associates, with ability for visitors to comment. A Contact Us page– including your company address, phone, fax, and an online contact form to minimize spam email messages
- 6. With mobile internet users outnumbering desktop internet users in Kenya, a mobile-optimized website is essential. Mobile support is also a great way to boost and maintain engagement and participation with your website readers who access internet via their Smartphones and Tablets
- 7. SEO will be given top priority right from the development stage by including pivotal keywords, making pages searchable by search engines. After final publishing deliberate effort will be made to submit your website to leading search Engines i.e. Google, Bing and Baidu plus 1000s others.
