• Welcome everyone! I am Rosie Culbert.
• I graduated from University of Alcorn State in 2008 with my Bachelor’s in Child
Development. In additional. I established my Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation
Counseling from Jackson State in 2015, I currently @ university of Belhaven
• I have three amazing sons. Their brilliant names are Chris (youngest), Derrick
(younger), and Daniel (young.
• I totally adore working with students and disability students as well, during my spare
time I enjoy shopping and at the fitness content.

Guidelines
• What is classroom guidelines? Treat each person in this classroom with
respect and dignity. In additional, we are honest, kind, give compliments, and
laughs, make mistakes, we have enormous dreams work smart not hard and
we are people that love everyone.
Classroom Guideline 1
• Treat everyone with compassion.
• Be a good listener.
• Use positive words.
• Work together with teacher(s) and peers.
Classroom Guideline 2
• Act Responsibly
• Be on time and all set to hit the books.
• Fresh up after yourself.
• Come organized and well through-out.
Classroom Guideline 3
• High opinion of themselves, teachers and peers.
• Be a good listener and take note.
• Raise your hand to communicate.
• Always use your inside voice.
• Follow dress code.
Classroom Procedures
• What is classroom Procedure? Everything is running fairly smoothly(tearch 4
the heart,com. 2015)
Procedures create things run more efficiently
• Use short phrases like “prepare for a quiz”.
• Use call and reply saying to get student responsiveness.
• Buying and provide papers and pencils to the students.
• Have each students pass papers back to front.
• At the end of class period on Friday will go over tests.
Classroom Consequences
• What is classroom consequences? According to Ruth, Logical consequences
teach important lesson and three R’s of logical consequences. Logical
consequences, as we learned are ways in which adults structure learning
opportunities for children. The goal of logical consequences is to stop
children’s misbehavior and help them make more constructive choices (Ruth
Charney, 2011)
What is Three R’s
• Be RESPECTFUL.
• Be READY to learn.
• Be RESPONSIBLE.
Logical Consequence
• Flop the Master skill/ NO RECESS
• Bad-Manner Behavior/Two time out
• Chatting During Instructions/Detached from the group
• Unfinished Work/Complete at afterschool

• 100-90=A
• 89-80=B
• 79-70=C
• 69-65=D
• 64 and below=F
