oWhy should I choose your organization?

oIt was different from what I expected, now I want my money back.
Challenges for Sending Organsiations.

oA perfect program to combine intercultural learning and global
learning and adventure

oA perfect program for underpriviledged youth (if you have the
right partners)

oA great program if you feel that you want to be more than just a
travel provider

oA great program where you can offer a rewarding experience
for all sides involved
Challenges for Receiving organisations
• Customers come with too much and often impractical expectations about
the impact of their project work.

• Senders may charge too much money.

• Multiple roles need to be fulfilled: travel provider, social work
  managements, accommodation management, information providing.

• Not all senders are good quality and may overcharge from the client
  without supporting/informing them properly.

• If you are a for-profit, you would have to answer questions about the
  usage of money.

• Poor receivers can spoil the market with poor quality and low prices.
Opportunities for Receiving Organsiations.
• Fast growing mode for adventure travel for the young people.

• Ride on the wave of volunteer programs for easier market expansion and
  better profitability.

• The experience is unique and destinations untouched even for well
travelled people, meaning that even those that have visited your country
  can come back again.

• The older segment is taking notice creating a opportunities in career-
  break and post-retirement travel.

• It can be an economical way for someone to have a holiday and feel good
too!! Can be useful in a recessionary market.

• You can support those in need and make good profits on it too.
