This document discusses the development of an inclusive open journal called the Journal of Pedagogic Development in Academic Practice (JPAAP). The journal was created through a collaborative effort between four universities and aims to support new and established authors, reviewers, and those seeking editorial experience. It covers topics related to teaching, learning, curriculum innovation, and the changing landscape of higher education. The journal practices open peer review to promote transparency and embodies a collegiate approach. Future plans for the journal include identifying new partners and continuing to learn from the process.
