- 1. What Are Italy’s Main Regions? Over the next 2 lessons, and for your homework. Your group will prepare a PowerPoint presentation about a region in Italy. Next Thursday’s lesson your group will present their work to the rest of the class.
- 2. You Must Include: Background information about Italy – Population, climate etc. Map showing your region – Remember that all maps need a title. Names of places within region, for example North Italy you could put down that Venice can be found there. Characteristics of the region – Are these human or physical? Images of the region – We need to know what it looks like. Description of activities you can do in your region, for example in Sicily you could go and visit the remains of Greek temples. You should have a minimum of 6 slides and a maximum of 10. Be particular in what you add to your presentation. Do not just copy and paste from the internet.
