o Manage distribution and attendance lists and invitations (manual and Board Vantage) to
ensure highly confidential information is safeguarded and meeting quorums and
attendance are properly managed
o Manage distribution of meeting documentation to ensure timeous receipt of documents
and the safeguarding of confidential information
o Prepare draft meeting agendas with a clear understanding of meeting requirements and
required discussion / decision points
o Consolidate documentation received (ensuring timeous submission and completeness of
information compared to agenda) and compile meeting packs according to set standards
and requirements (100% accuracy) in preparation for dissemination (paper based and on
Board Vantage); ensuring high standards of accuracy
