ZnSe spectrum

ZnSe is a sensor that was used to measure X-rays. Recent measurements from a ZnSe sensor produced by R&PC ARVINA in Ukraine found it had dark conductivity of less than 200 pA when heated to 150 0C, showing modern ZnSe samples have low dark conductivity at elevated temperatures.
