DESIGN OF DISTRIBUTED GREENHOUSE BIG AWNING
MONITORING SYSTEM BASED ON FIELDBUS
Abstract:
With the development of automatic detection technology, communication technology and
computer technology, and the greenhouse control technology is increasing promoted, greenhouse
environment control technology has been developed from former centralized control and
distributed control to BUS control, intelligent greenhouse technology has been widely used in
agricultural production field. Our country is a large agricultural nation, the stand or fall of
agricultural development is key factors which are effect on our country's economic development
and social harmony, greenhouse, taken as the important content of facilities agriculture, has
become agricultural modernization landmark project. At present, all kinds of field bus
technology have been applied in greenhouse environment control system. Among them, the
advantages of CAN bus are that have advanced main network structure, good real-time
performance, better error-controlling ability, high reliability, system of large capacity, easy
expansion, easy installation, maintenance cost low, high performance-to-price, at the
same time, communication distance is farther and data transmission speed is fast

Existing system:
The traditional forms of peer-to-peer connect between electronic control units and
electronic devices cannot meet the need of real time control of distributed system in automobile.
Meanwhile, the continuing increase of electronic devices results in geometric growth of lead
number and wiring becomes hard in limited space in automobile, restricts the expansion of
internal control functions.

Proposed System:
Master node is the center of the whole control system, and is responsible for all the other
nodes for data communications and information processing. CAN bus communication using
radio mode, that is, the text of sub-nodes is only on the receiving of master node (point-to-point
mode) .All of the text of master node can be received by sub-nodes. Here we displayed the value
in LCD. The user implements nodes monitoring through upper monitor machine, and the
temperature and humidity data is stored in a database for analysis, remote monitoring is
implemented through Internet. If the sensor value abnormal means it automatically switches on
the corresponding devices.
