  • #29: コアと当日はどちらも20人くらい。スタッフの役割はこんな感じでデザインが新しく加わった。このロゴやあとで出てくるグッズもデザインしてくれました。\n
  • #30: スタッフが使用したツールはこんな感じ。チケットにconnpassを使用したのと、サイトをSphinxで、あと Blogger でブログを作成した\n

  • #32: 前日準備では、ホールにイスを並べたり、名札を準備したり、ノベルティをトートバッグに入れたり、スポンサーバナーを吊ったりしましたが\n

  • #40: 座長の寺田さんと私が英語でしゃべった。寺田さんの原稿は事前に英会話の先生の確認済(ずるい)。私達の英語は通じていたのだろうか....あと同時通訳が入っているので、逆に翻訳されるのがなんかはずかしい。\n

  • #42: 会場の広さの都合でランチ時間が長くなった。なにか暇つぶしが必要でこのイベントを実施。話し始めるまでは聴衆が少ないので、最初は知り合いのコミュニティ紹介から行った。来年はオープンスペースでやってもいいかも\n

  • #45: 1日目のホールが広かったのでブースを用意することにした。10社以上がブースを設営。人の流れを考えるのは難しい。ホールの中がよかったのか外がよかったのか...\n

  • #47: 前回はスタッフTのみでしたが、今回はスタッフ、併設スタッフ、参加者、スピーカーと4種類も作りました。併設、スピーカーは数が少ないため、サイズ確認が地味に大変でした。Tシャツ余ったんで500円で売った\n

  • #49: スポンサー企業のうち10社以上が求人情報等を発表。40名以上の聴衆。今後も継続するなら発表内容とかも助言すべきなのだろうか...\n

  • #51: オープンスペースは枠が増えたがほぼほぼ埋まったのでよかった。オープンスペースを埋めるためにnew.python.jp をやってもらった。\n
