My role is essentially to Programme Manage cloud projects in EMEA, providing direction and guidance to Project Mangers in the region. This allows me to draw on my many years "doing" project management and working on cloud projects. When things go wrong, I know who to call and my technical understanding of the environment allows me to advise how situations can be resolved.
I also work in business development, providing leadership and project management expertise to new business situations. And I work with clients helping them to understand the transformational power of Cloud Computing in their enterprises
