I am a Nationally Certified Counselor (awaiting my LAC); I am certified in Spiral Dynamics Integral Levels I & II, personal emergence; I am an ISSA-certified personal fitness trainer and nutritional coach; I have a BS in English, an MS in humanities (English and comparative religion), and an MSC in counseling psychology; I have published poetry in many regional and college journals; I am a ghost writer for an internationally known life coach; and I have edited for many well-known authors, including Dr. Richard Schwartz, founder of Internal Family Systems Therapy and author of "You Are the One You Have Been Waiting For."
