Dr Bequet is the Director of the ISSN International Centre. Prior to this position, she has managed several academic libraries. She defended her PhD in information science in 2011 and she published a book about the development of digital libraries in Austria, France and the UK in 2014. Grant call for African organizations publishing no-fee (Diamond) open access journals! The grants aim to strengthen no-fee open access publishing in Africa. This is the second of two calls by EIFL, AJOL (African Journals Online) and WACREN (the West and Central African Research and Education Network), partners in the Collaboration for Sustainable Open Access Publishing in Africa project, with funding from Wellcome.
