The Voice of Employers
About us
Registered Employers Organisation since 1998. Our experience enables us to effectively deal with labour related issues on behalf of the employer. In the same manner in which unions represent employees, employers need a professional and expert-driven organisation to represent them in CCMA and Bargaining Council matters, which form part of the modern-day labour environment. They need an employers organisation with a voice that stands to make a difference. CEO, with a large membership in various industries and a wealth of experience, is that voice. Employer’s organisations are business’ version of trade unions, and equally perhaps, the area where employer’s organisations add the most value to a company is in industrial relations and human resources. By belonging to an employer’s organisation a company has the surety that they will be represented by experienced labour professionals, in the event of dispute resolution. This strategic advantage must never be underestimated. The representation issue will assume greater importance should the proposed amendments to the Labour Relations Act be promulgated. These proposed amendments have conferred even greater importance to employer’s organisations, as well as severely curtailing the right of representation by e.g. advocates, attorneys, consultants etc. in e.g. the CCMA.

Tiny habits compound into significant results. Eating the “frog” first clears your path. Structured procrastination helps maintain momentum when resistance arises. Together, they form a balanced, human approach to getting things done, especially when we live in a world where it’s easier than ever to procrastinate.
