These criminal groups undermine clinics, schools, and housing projects meant to uplift communities. Includes ECD centre (120 learners), elderly care (120 residents) and admin block (40 social workers). Progress continues despite workforce limits 👷♂️, theft 🚨and Eskom delays ⚡   🏫Savanna City Primary School The project has reached 33% overall progress ✅ On-site works include brickwork 🧱 plumbing 🚰 electrical tubing 🔌 and stormwater drainage 🌧️ with earthworks 🌍 and door frame installations 🚪 underway. Delays are due to pending rock excavation approvals ⛏️ and cash flow constraints 💵 The A-Team’s oversight ensures steady progress toward a fully functional learning environment.   🏫 Dr WK Du Pleessis LSEN School Construction 90% complete👏🏽Current activities focus on snagging ✅ bathroom fixture installations 🚿 correcting mislabeled electrical points ⚡finishing drinking fountains 💧and cleaning Grade R blocks.
