⚖️ Although gender equality is a fundamental principle of European labour and social policy, gender disparities persist in working conditions and in exposure to psychosocial risks (PSRs). Men and women may face different, or more pronounced, psychosocial risk factors and may also be affected differently when exposed to the same risks. #Harassment at work has serious consequences for workers’ #SafetyandHealth. No one should go to work feeling unsafe because of colleagues or customers. 🤝 Findings from the EU Gender-Based Violence Survey highlight that sexual harassment remains a reality for many women workers.
