Terms of Use
Last updated: June 16, 2026
Overview
AllMySat is a satellite tracking application for iPhone that provides real-time position predictions and pass predictions for objects in Earth orbit. By using AllMySat, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.
Data Sources
Satellite tracking data displayed in AllMySat comes from multiple sources. The primary sources are listed below. For specific objects, orbital elements may be sourced from additional providers as noted in the Exceptions section.
Space-Track.org
Primary source of orbital elements (TLE data). Operated by the United States Space Force / USSPACECOM. AllMySat has submitted an Orbital Data Request (ODR) and is pending approval as an authorized user. The app will not be published until authorization is granted.
Data subject to Space-Track.org terms of use.
CelesTrak
Operated by Dr. T.S. Kelso. Provides supplemental orbital elements and other space situational awareness data.
Data provided under Creative Commons CC0 (public domain dedication) for non-commercial and commercial use.
GCAT
General Catalog of Artificial Space Objects, maintained by Jonathan McDowell. A comprehensive catalog of objects launched into space.
Available under CC BY 4.0 license.
The Space Devs
Community-maintained satellite database providing structured satellite metadata and identifiers.
Data available under CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
SatNOGS
Community network of ground stations providing satellite telemetry and observation data from contributors worldwide.
Data available under CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
Community observation data
Orbital elements for certain objects derived from public visual observations contributed by the amateur astronomy community, including the SeeSat-L network.
These elements are unclassified estimates and are treated as public domain community contributions.
Data Source Exceptions
For certain objects, orbital elements are obtained from sources not listed above. These exceptions are documented below and may be updated as additional objects are added.
IO-86
via amsat-id.orgOrbital elements for IO-86 are sourced from amsat-id.org, provided by Tim BRIN PR Teksat.
Accuracy Disclaimer
All satellite positions displayed in AllMySat are calculated estimates based on orbital elements (two-line element sets). These predictions involve inherent uncertainties that increase with time since the last element set update.
Accuracy of satellite position data is not guaranteed. Orbital elements may contain errors, may be outdated, or may not reflect recent maneuvers or orbital decay.
AllMySat data should not be used for conjunction assessment, collision avoidance, or any safety-critical application.
Acceptable Use
You may use AllMySat for personal, educational, and hobbyist purposes.
Redistribution or commercial reuse of raw orbital data displayed in the app is not permitted. Orbital data is subject to the terms of the respective data providers as described in the Data Sources section above.
Intellectual Property
The AllMySat application, its design, user interface, graphics, and all original content are protected by intellectual property rights. Orbital data itself is sourced from third parties as described in the Data Sources section above and is subject to their respective terms.
Limitation of Liability
AllMySat is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AllMySat and its developer are not liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, resulting from the use of or inability to use the application, or from inaccuracies in satellite position data or any other content displayed within the app.
Changes to These Terms
AllMySat reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
