This is a recording of the webinar hosted by Team Titin in January 2026 designed for individuals and families affected by TTN-related heart conditions or who carry variants in the TTN gene and may be at risk for heart health concerns. This video covers: -An overview of TTN-related heart conditions -Highlights from recent research in titin and heart health -Lifestyle and environmental factors that may influence heart health -Exercise considerations for people with TTN-related cardiomyopathy -Current recommendations for the care and management of heart conditions -Q &A Featured Speakers include: Professor Diane Fatkin, MD, a molecular cardiologist and internationally recognized expert in inherited heart diseases, with a particular focus on familial dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and atrial fibrillation, including conditions caused by changes in the TTN gene. Renee Johnson, PhD, is a clinical research coordinator and genetic counsellor specializing in dilated cardiomyopathy and atrial fibrillation. Her work focuses on understanding the genetic causes of these conditions and supporting individuals and families through research participation and clinical care.
