Now, if this just doesn’t burn the toast for me! This teacher in Milwaukee lost her mind in front of the class last week when, apparently frustrated, she called a lil gurl to the front of the class, and cut off one of her braids because she ‘wouldnt stop (absent-mindedly) playin’ with them’ in class!
Well- I be dayumm!!
Lamya Cammon, is seven (a 1st+grader at Congress Elementary), and has braids with beads on the ends.
THEN She threw it away, and said, ‘Now what you gonna go home and say to your momma? (Thats a reason enough for a beat down!)
The Milwaukee Public Schools District said they goin’ through the disciplinary process with the teacher (who remains in class), although lil Lamya has been moved to a different classroom by the principal. (I guess that’s only fair…under the circumstances.
They’re just “very sorry”…
They should seriously consider firin’ this woman, for losing control of- and in -her classroom. She needs a psyche evaluation, if you ask me, coz this was a pre-tty drastic measure. Is this a teacher-stress issue?
I wouldn’t want someone like this, teachin’ my kids…
Milwaukee police referred it to the district attorney for possible physical or mental abuse of a child charges. Now that’s a lil more like it. That $175.00 disorderly conduct ticket she got just aint quite enough for me.

trust me. i truly agree. i dont think i would have been as ‘diplomatic’ as this lil gurls mom was. i woulda went up in there wreckless!.
