About Libby

Sometimes, anonymity is golden…so call me Libby.  Read about why here. Girl in her early twenties and a recent university grad.  Has big dreams to see the world, and to visit France again.  Often wonders what it would be like to throw caution to the wind and to be the rebellious daughter, student, friend, sister.  Loves driving, chai tea lattés, brit lit, getting dressed up, and anything that combines chocolate and raspberry.  The ultimate sap and romantic at heart.  Would love the idea of going back to school someday after a fulfilling career to learn more about the culinary arts…and then opening up a dessert café. Wants to look back years from now and truly be able to say she lived, laughed…and loved.

Anything that combines chocolate & raspberry? You’re my kind of girl! Although I will pretty much be up for anything with chocolate, raspberry, and/or peanut butter (hence the name of my blog).

If you need someone to open up a cafe with you, let me know!

So glad you found my blog through Molly’s, so that I could find yours!

My first year out of college and at home was tumultuous to say the least, but I really think that my post-college years have been the most fulfilling—you truly are in control of your life and your own happiness more than ever before.

Can’t wait to read about all your adventures!

Hi..I just wanted to drop a line and introduce myself. I found your blog through Michelle at Michelle and the City (which I ALSO just discovered today) and I’m looking forward to reading more.

I want a dessert cafe too! Well, no, not really. I want dessert. I just read this and felt strangely compelled to tell you that you have to ship me a cake from your cafe when it’s up and running. That is all.

I just discovered that THIS ISN’T EVEN YOU!

I’m always curious about what blog people actually look like. Hmm

Sometimes I wish my blog were anonymous. I surely see some distinct advantages. Hope you’re having an awesome weekend!
