Getting Started
3 questionsSimply visit our ColdProxy IP Checker to see your current IP address. Copy it and enter it into your plan’s IP authentication settings to complete the setup.
ColdProxy does not offer a free trial. Use the shortest public billing period available for the product you want.
Residential IPv4 (Unmetered) and Residential IPv6 currently offer hourly buying. Datacenter IPv6 starts at daily billing, and Residential IPv4 (GB Based) uses monthly traffic packs.

Once your order has been delivered successfully, please allow a few minutes for the system to deploy your proxies before starting authentication. After deployment, you may authenticate using one of the two secure methods available:
- IP whitelisting
- Username and password

You can now upgrade directly from your account using the “Upgrade Speed” option. If the required speed is listed among the available options, you can select it instantly.

Daily plans are non-refundable.
Weekly and monthly plans are refundable only for a verified technical issue on ColdProxy's side.
If a weekly or monthly plan was activated and used for one day or less, the daily portion is deducted at the plan's daily rate and the remaining balance is refunded.
