The European Long Read Innovation Network (ELRIN) — a pioneering initiative led by the University of Tübingen and experts across Europe — aims to advance whole-genome Oxford #Nanopore sequencing (#WGS) for potential clinical diagnostics, addressing significant unmet healthcare needs. With 21 labs across 11 countries, ELRIN will help establish best practices, generate reference datasets, and assess the feasibility of Oxford Nanopore sequencing in routine clinical testing. 🌍 Global Health Hub Germany at the World Health Summit 2025   We are delighted to be part of #WHS2025, which kicked off this morning with inspiring discussions bringing together global experts.   A highlight was the panel on “Responsible AI in Health for Sustainable Development”, featuring Dr. Christoph Benn, member of our Steering Committee. The ISPOR Open Source Models Special Interest Group recently published "Mapping the Landscape of Open Source Health Economic Models: A Systematic Database Review and Analysis" in Value in Health. The report promotes the diversity and availability of open-source health economic models while addressing gaps and challenges in accessibility, discoverability, and standardization of these models. It also highlights the opportunity to improve search strategies and reporting standards for open-source models to better leverage them.
