Evento Plus

We wanted to simplify event management for both customers and venue owners. Booking, scheduling, and managing events should be seamless without endless paperwork or phone calls.

Evento Plus allows users to browse event halls, check availability, make bookings, and manage event details directly from a mobile app. It also provides automated notifications and dashboards for hall managers.

We developed the app using ASP.NET Core MVC, SQL Server, and Bootstrap for the dashboard. The mobile app is built with Xamarin/React Native to ensure cross-platform support. I implemented features like booking management, user authentication, and notifications.

Integrating real-time booking availability and managing multiple user roles (admins, hall managers, clients) was tricky. Handling payments securely and creating an intuitive UI for both mobile and web also required several iterations.

Accomplishments that we are proud of

Successfully launched a fully functional MVP with automated booking and notifications. Integrated real-time updates and a dashboard for hall managers. Early users reported the app saved them hours of coordination work.

What I learned

We improved our skills in full-stack development, mobile app development, and project management. Learned how to handle user feedback, optimize database queries, and make scalable solutions for real-time systems.

What's next for Evento Plus

We plan to add features like payment gateway integration, AI-based suggestions for hall bookings, and advanced analytics for hall managers. Also looking to expand the user base and onboard more venues.
