Some of the settings related to Payment methods or Payment channels available in your Shop or on a specific Terminal can be managed directly through the Merchant panel at my.zen.com.Please note that some settings, such as commission rates, the method of calculating them, settlement delays, etc., are configured directly by authorized ZEN.COM employees and cannot be changed from the my.zen.com panel. Payment methods settings are related to the Terminal context. Please note, when changing any Payment methods settings you should choose the desired terminal first and then apply required changes for each Terminal context.
How to enable Payment method?1

Choose the desired Shop context
Choose the desired Shop context by clicking its name. You can scroll up / scroll down Shop listing if necessary.

Click Store settings menu

Store settings menu button to get to the Settings sub-menu.

Go to Payment methods tab
Go to the "Payment methods" tab, where you will find all payment channels available for the given terminal. From this section, you can manage the payment channels available in the
ZEN.COM checkout.
If you are using API integration, enabling/disabling a payment channel in this tab will not affect the availability of the payment channel on your service. The payment channel will only be enabled/disabled within the ZEN.COM checkout.
The tab is divided into 5 sections:1.
Terminal selection. Choose the payment Terminal for which you want to make changes to the payment channels. Before making any changes, make sure you have selected the correct terminal.

Currency-based filtering. Choose how to display payment channels available for specific currencies. Select one or more currencies from the drop-down list to see which payment channels natively support the selected currencies.

Filter by status. Choose whether to display the full list of available payment channels or only the active ones. Slide to the right to show only active payment channels. Slide to the left to show all payment channels (both active and inactive in the ZEN.COM checkout).

Toggle payment channel visibility in ZEN.COM checkout. Slide to the right to enable visibility of the payment channel in **ZEN.COM **checkout. Slide to the left to disable its visibility in the ZEN.COM checkout. Please remember to confirm all provided changes.
