It features a real-time bidirectional sync between Dub's Messaging Center and your Intercom inbox, allowing your support team to easily communicate with your partners without leaving Intercom.
To get started, you'll just need to enable the Intercom integration in your Dub workspace settings.
Once you've enabled the Intercom integration on Dub, your partner messages will automatically be forwarded to your Intercom inbox, and you can also respond to them from within Intercom as well:
