Satellite technology is playing an increasingly strategic role in defence, security and sovereignty. On Tuesday 8 September, our General Manager Thomas Hiriart joined Clément Galic, CEO and Co-Founder of Unseenlabs, on FRANCE 24’s Aux Avant-Postes. Together, they discussed how satellite technologies are supporting strategic capabilities, from sovereign connectivity to maritime surveillance. As space becomes increasingly strategic, these technologies are opening new possibilities for governments and decision-makers, particularly in defence and security. Together with Unseenlabs, Kinéis is proud to represent the dynamism of the French space industry and the innovation driving a new generation of strategic capabilities. Thank you to Laïdi Ali and France 24 for the opportunity to discuss these important issues. 🎥 The full interview in french on replay: https://lnkd.in/eda84iND #SpaceInnovation #NewSpace #SatelliteIoT

How can IoT make freight transport more connected, visible and efficient? From 22 to 25 September, Kinéis will be at InnoTrans 2026 in Berlin, alongside our partner trackvalue. Together with Kerlink and Europorte, we are showcasing Track Value, a solution designed to monitor and track transport assets across rail, road, maritime and air freight. Powered by Kinéis satellite connectivity, Track Value provides near real-time visibility of wagons, containers and goods, including in areas where terrestrial networks are unavailable. This helps operators improve asset security, operational visibility and maintenance. 📍 Come and meet Patrice Tajan at the Track Value stand to discover the solution and discuss how our complete IoT solution combines terrestrial and satellite connectivity to meet the evolving needs of the logistics and transport industry. 📅 22–25 September 📍 Booth 260 – Hall 6.1 See you in Berlin! 🚆 #InnoTrans #IoT #SatelliteIoT #Transport #TrackValue

His message is clear: Europe’s space sector has more strengths than it thinks. From the design and manufacturing of satellite systems to launch, space segment operations, ground infrastructure and data storage, European industry has the capabilities to master the entire value chain - sovereignly and independently. This conviction has been at the heart of Kinéis since its creation, and we are proud to put it into practice. Our results prove that it can be done. Thank you to Centre National d'Études Spatiales, CLS Group (Collecte Localisation Satellites) and Bpifrance, who have supported us since the very beginning of this journey. Let’s keep moving forward together in the space race. Read the full op-ed here 👇 https://lnkd.in/ep5mt5hg

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR IOT NETWORK STOPS REACHING YOUR ASSETS? You don’t lose the data. You switch networks. We’re pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with Netmore, combining Netmore’s terrestrial LoRaWAN networks with Kinéis’ satellite connectivity to extend IoT coverage beyond terrestrial networks. 📡 LoRaWAN where terrestrial coverage is available. 🛰️ Satellite where it isn’t. 🔄 Automatic switching between both. With operations across 18 countries and strong expertise in massive IoT, Netmore is helping utilities, water, infrastructure and smart city operators connect and manage their assets at scale. By integrating Kinéis’ satellite connectivity into its LPWAN portfolio, Netmore can now extend these capabilities to remote and previously uncovered areas. From remote equipment to distributed assets, businesses can now: → Monitor critical assets beyond terrestrial coverage → Detect anomalies and anticipate operational issues → Track assets across coverage gaps → Maintain continuity across distributed operations No connectivity blind spots. Just continuous visibility. We’re excited to partner with Netmore to bring hybrid IoT connectivity to businesses at scale, with proven solutions already ready to deploy. 👉 Read the full press release: https://lnkd.in/e8mdnpBV #Kinéis #Netmore #SatelliteIoT #IoT #LoRaWAN #LPWAN #Connectivity
