FRA chairs the Justice & Home Affairs Agencies Network in 2025

Support for human rights systems and defenders

The EU Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) is honoured to chair the EU Justice & Home Affairs Agencies Network (JHAAN) this year. Together, the JHAAN Agencies work tirelessly on promoting rights, freedom, security and justice across the EU.

They help the EU deliver on:

migration, asylum and external border management
combating organised crime, illegal drug use and trafficking, and terrorism
gender equality and respect for fundamental rights
law enforcement and judicial cooperation

The 2025 JHAAN priorities will focus on digitalisation & AI and internal security.
